The purpose we going is to know more about the factory running and know the factory organization so that we will know more it to help us do the decision which major din us want to take it. Beside that also brief us about internship, that mean our industry training for the final year.
Actually this program is open for second yearstudent but it stll left seat so we first year student also join it.
This program divide to 3 packag
e. Package A is going yesterday and go AMD and .B package is going yesterday too but is go to Kobe and Bosch. Then we are package C going today and Motorola, Wanjun and DHL.
First we are going to motorola. This is a big company and locate at penang free industrial zone phase 4. Then we go in and have briefing of the activity running. We are know more about motorola. this company is produce wimax, walky-talky, mobile phone and so on. Then the HR, finance manager brief us and the engineer is bringing us to see how the product is produce it at production line. This company is focus more on engineering student and if finance worker also want accounting student more than the st
udent from management and major in finance. this company have about 3K workers in Penang branch. We are know many of it.
Second we go to the small size factory that is Wanjun. it locate near the PSDC there. iths also about produce assesories of machine. However this is a small factory but we learn about how the assesories is design and the operation running in this company. This facory is have about 100 employees. Beside that the kitty pretty shoe also is under Wanjun company.
The third factory we go is DHL express. This factory is locate opposite of Kobe factory. This factory is to help us post out thing to anywhere in all around there world. This factory is concentrate about service provider so is much related to our management. Help the customer service and sent their thing. This factory got provide internship for University student also. quite interested of it.
